hristine Rogers is a busy pastor’s wife and the vibrant mother of four children. She designs and paints beautifully unique personalized watercolor notecards, verse cards, and invitations from her home in Bedford County Virginia. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains between the village of Moneta and the historic town of Bedford, it is the perfect setting from which to create her lovely originals. A Chicago native and former physical education teacher, Christine has a distinctive style combined with a sense of color harmony which have contributed to the increasing popularity of her work. Requests for her work come in from across this country and from other countries as well. She has shown her work in numerous juried arts and crafts shows in several states, but limits her participation in such events because of her busy schedule and the growing demand for her work. Regarding this Christine states, “I hope to be able to continue to carve out the time for taking part in a limited number of select shows each year. I so much enjoy the interaction with my customers.
